Y’all, I’m so good at procrastinating–you’d think it was my career. My career in fact is usually neck-and-neck with its counterpart, Procrastination.
To be honest, I have more experience in procrastination than in any single subject or career matter. I have nearly 24 years of experience in it. How’s that for a resume plus! …
I’ll pat myself on the back with this though (and all you dedicated people should too!): I have given as much attention to my writing as I have to procrastination. Or at least I have tried to.
…I finished a 730-page book in two years, that counts for something right? In my mind, it’s so much shorter, honestly. And I still feel like I could add way more to it, but maybe I’ll do like branch-off books or something.
I wish I could just give you their world to walk around in and breathe in and just, go and see. Oh, you would love it. It’s so beautiful and full of hope and providence!
Anyhow, back to revisions I go ðŸ˜

P.S. I wrote this blog post yesterday, …does that show you much I procrastinate? That it’s getting posted today?
P.P.S. Does procrastination change when you are procrastinating one art for another? Such as, yesterday, after *not* finishing this blog post, I went and made scones instead.
…Does that have a different word? 😅ðŸ˜ðŸ˜œ
And yet it still is an enemy isn’t it? Of the thing you hope to complete. Oh distraction; I believe you are procrastination in a flowing gown of regality and eye-catching color.
